10.2 First-Generation Students
In 2024, a total of 5.057 students enrolled in undergraduate programs at IGU. Among these students, 3.981 are identified as first-generation students. A first-generation student is defined as an individual who is the first in their family to pursue higher education, meaning none of their immediate family members have previously attended a university.
