3. Good Health and Well-being

Current collaborations with health institutions

As of 2024, IGU has established various types of collaborations with different institutions to support educational activities in the field of health. Within this scope, meetings and seminars were held with certain institutions to enable students to closely follow sectoral developments and gain professional awareness. One-year internship protocols were signed with many institutions, while service protocols with several healthcare organizations and educational protocols with the Provincial Health Directorate were also implemented. In addition, technical visits for students were planned. These collaborations demonstrate the university’s strong ties with the healthcare sector and its emphasis on practice-oriented education. Table 3 presents the local healthcare institutions with which collaborations were established in the fields of health sciences and health professions, along with the type and duration of each collaboration.
